I have read the particulars of the application form and do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
-- That the I am provisionally admitted to diploma course at Institute of Para Medical Technology, New Delhi
which will automatically be cancelled if any deficiency/deficiencies is/are not removed in the stipulated time.
The refund of fee deposited, if any will be as per rules & regulations of the IPMT, New Delhi in force.
(यह कि मुझे इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ पैरा मेडिकल टेक्नोलॉजी, नई दिल्ली में डिप्लोमा कोर्स में अनंतिम रूप से प्रवेश दिया गया है, जो कि निर्धारित समय में किसी भी कमी / कमियों को दूर नहीं किए जाने पर स्वचालित रूप से रद्द कर दिया जाएगा। जमा किए गए शुल्क की वापसी, यदि कोई हो, आईपीएमटी, नई दिल्ली के लागू नियमों और विनियमों के अनुसार होगी।)
-- That the document and other information submitted to the IPMT, New Delhi are true to the best of my
knowledge and belief. We jointly understand if any document or information is found to be false, the
admission of the student is liable to the cancelled without any refund of the fees deposited for which we shall
never stake any claim.
आईपीएमटी, नई दिल्ली को प्रस्तुत किए गए दस्तावेज और अन्य जानकारी मेरे सर्वोत्तम के लिए सही हैं
ज्ञान और विश्वास। हम संयुक्त रूप से समझते हैं कि यदि कोई दस्तावेज़ या जानकारी झूठी पाई जाती है, तो
छात्र का प्रवेश बिना किसी जमा शुल्क की वापसी के रद्द करने के लिए उत्तरदायी है, जिसके लिए हम करेंगे
कभी कोई दावा न करें।
-- That I understand and accept that fees once deposited shall not be refunded/ adjusted under any
circumstances. I shall not be claiming for the same in any manner.
यह कि मैं समझता/समझती हूँ और स्वीकार करता हूँ कि एक बार जमा की गई फीस किसी भी प्रकार से वापस/समायोजित नहीं की जाएगी
परिस्थितियाँ। मैं किसी भी तरह से इसके लिए दावा नहीं करूंगा।
-- That the student is neither pursuing nor shall pursue any other course as well as undertake not to engage
himself/herself in any job after his/her admission to IPMT, New Delhi until completion of the said course
यह कि छात्र न तो पढ़ाई कर रहा है और न ही किसी अन्य पाठ्यक्रम का अनुसरण करेगा और साथ ही संलग्न नहीं होने का वचन देगा
आईपीएमटी, नई दिल्ली में प्रवेश के बाद उक्त पाठ्यक्रम के पूरा होने तक किसी भी नौकरी में स्वयं/स्वयं
-- That the Student will attend all the Theory, Tutorial and Practical Classes and will maintain attendance above
75% in each subject in order to be able to appear in the examination as per the rules of IPMT, New Delhi in
force and that shall be binding on us. We are fully aware that the attendance will be given only to the
registered students of the institute.
कि छात्र सभी थ्योरी, ट्यूटोरियल और प्रैक्टिकल कक्षाओं में भाग लेगा और ऊपर उपस्थिति बनाए रखेगा
आईपीएमटी, नई दिल्ली के नियमों के अनुसार परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए प्रत्येक विषय में 75%
बल और वह हम पर बाध्यकारी होगा। हम पूरी तरह से जानते हैं कि उपस्थिति केवल उन्हें दी जाएगी
संस्थान के पंजीकृत छात्र।
-- That the Institute does not have any responsibility of Government Employment/Registration in any State
Council in any State of the Country/abroad in any manner. That I understand that the diploma course is for
self-employment and Job-oriented in nature.
कि संस्थान का किसी भी राज्य में सरकारी रोजगार/पंजीकरण की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं है
देश के किसी भी राज्य/विदेश में किसी भी तरीके से परिषद। कि मैं समझता हूँ कि डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रम के लिए है
स्वरोजगार और प्रकृति में नौकरी उन्मुख।
-- That in case of any dis-obeying of Rules/Instructions from IPMT, they have full authority to cancel my
Registration/admission with immediate effect and I will not be claiming my admission/ Registration
onwards.
कि आईपीएमटी के नियमों/निर्देशों की किसी भी अवज्ञा के मामले में, उनके पास मेरा. रद्द करने का पूरा अधिकार है
पंजीकरण/प्रवेश तत्काल प्रभाव से और मैं अपने प्रवेश/पंजीकरण का दावा नहीं करूंगा से आगे।
-- I have read the contents of the prospectus carefully and understood all details mentioned in the prospectus for
the current session and on the website of the institute and has seen all the documents pertaining to it. In case
of any changes brought by the Governmental agencies from time to time/ in between of completion of my
course, the institute and its management cannot be held responsible in any manner for the same

-- I understand that the institute is not recognised by All India Council for Technical Education/University
Grant Commission/Human Resource Development/Dental Council of India/Medical Council of India/Any other such Councils.
मैं समझता हूँ कि संस्थान को अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद/विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त नहीं है अनुदान आयोग/मानव संसाधन विकास/भारतीय दंत परिषद/भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद/कोई भी ऐसी अन्य परिषदें।
-- I further declare that I had read all the particulars and information mentioned in the prospectus line by line
and hereby agree to abide by them. I hereby also declare that I will not be getting myself involved in any type
of unions / associations of any kind.
मैं यह भी घोषणा करता हूं कि मैंने विवरणिका में उल्लिखित सभी विवरणों और सूचनाओं को पंक्ति द्वारा पढ़ लिया है

-- That I had clearly understood all the details of the institute and I am fully satisfied with it . I was not mislead in any way.

-- I hereby declare and accept that in case of any legal proceeding only Delhi Court shall have
