1: Institute of Para Medical Technology is an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified institution for quality education.

2: The institute got its NOC No. Ref. No. F.5(1)/65/M.E./H&FW/2021/463-468 dated 10.06.2022 from Govt. of NCT of Delhi for Auxillary Nursing & Midwifery and for General Nursing & Midwifery.

3: The institute is Approved by Delhi Nursing Council from 2022 Batch with an intakeof 45 seats in General Nursing & Midwifery and 30 seats in Auxillary Nursing & Midwifery.

4: The Institute was initially recognized by the government of Nagaland, vide their letter No. MED/MISC – 4 / 95 dated 31/10/1995 and thereafter renewed vide notification No. HFW/19/B/MISC/2012 dated 13th May 2015. The diploma holders are eligible for registration of their names in Employment for the purpose of employment in various Government / Non-Governmental organizations all over India as per state laws.

5: In the same way, IPMT is recognized by the government of Jammu & Kashmir, vide Govt. order No. 233 H&ME of 2003 dated 20/03/2003 and Govt. order No. 531-HME of 2007 dated 08/08/2007.

6: It has been given NOC from J&K Para Medical Council-Jammu for its Para Medical Courses vide order No. 130 of JSMC 2016 dated 18.01.16.

Further, as per Court orders passed in our favor in OWP No.1063/2016, CMP No.1/2016 dated 28/06/2016 and considering the Inspection report submitted to Govt. vide Govt. order No. 738-H&ME of 2012 dated 19.12.2012, J&K Para Medical Council were in view for inclusion of (Medical Assistant/Pharmacist, Operation Theatre and Multipurpose Health Worker (MPHW) courses since our application made to J&K State Medical Faculty in 1997 through their order No.131 of JSMC 2017 dated 17.10.2017.

7:The Diploma holders of this institution for Medical Assistant/Pharmacist

As per The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-15082023-248103 Published by authority in Extraordinary Part-II section 1 of Ministry of Law and Justice (Legislative Department) for An Act further to amend the Pharmacy Act,1948. Wherein THE PHARMACY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 No.29 of 2023 received the assent of the President of India on 15th August 2023. After section 32B of the Pharmacy Act,1948, section 32C was inserted, namely:-

"32C. Notwithstanding anything contained in section 32, any person whose name has been entered in the register of pharmacists maintained under the Jammu and Kashmir Pharmacy Act, 2011 or possesses qualification (medical assistant/pharmacists) prescribed under the said Act shall be deemed to have been entered in the register of pharmacists prepared and maintained under Chapter IV of this Act, subject to condition that an application to be made in this behalf within a period of one year from the commencement of the Pharmacy (Amendment) Act, 2023 and on payment of such fee, and in such manner, as may be prescribed by the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Administration of Union territory of Ladakh.".

9:Diploma in Dental Assistant is not recognized by Dental Council of India in any manner nor is its registration carried out at the aforesaid council. This course is for the assistance of the doctors only. The diploma in Assistant Nursing & Midwifery and Diploma in Multipurpose Heath Worker are not recognized by their respective councils (Nursing Council of India) in any manner nor its registration carried out at the aforesaid councils. But are approved/NOC from J&K Para Medical Council-Jammu.

10:The institute is an admission guidance centre for various government/UGC approved universities for Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes.
